Our platform is designed for residents of buildings, including both owners and tenants, as well as building administrators and management companies. It facilitates seamless communication, incident reporting, announcement posting, and service requests. Whether you live in a building or manage one, our platform offers tools to make building management and resident interactions easier.
Is the platform free to use?
Yes, the mobile app for individual residents is free to use. Businesses, such as management companies, can contact us to discuss pricing options tailored to their needs.
How do I get started on the platform?
If you’re a building administrator, you can create a building on the platform by providing proof of your position, such as an electricity bill. Once the building is set up, you can add flats and resident details and invite others to join. If you're a resident and your building isn't set up yet, you can invite the administrator to join or request access if the building is already on the platform.
For Residents
How can I join my building on the platform?
After your building administrator has set up the building on the platform, they can send you an invitation. You can also search for your building on the app and request access directly.
What features are available for residents?
As a resident, among tons of other features, you can view and post announcements, chat with other residents, report incidents, hold key passes, and organize meetings. You can also request services from your management company (if onboard), such as maintenance or repairs, through the platform.
What happens if my building administrator hasn't joined the platform yet?
If your building administrator hasn’t joined the platform yet, you can send them an invitation to join. Once they’ve set up the building, you’ll be able to access all the features.
For Building Administrators
How do I set up a building on the platform?
As a building administrator, you can create a new building on the platform by providing proof of your role, such as an electricity bill. After the building is set up, you can add flats and resident details, and invite residents to join.
What can I do as a building administrator?
As a building administrator, you can manage the building’s profile, add or update resident information, post announcements, respond to resident requests, schedule meetings, and manage incident reports. You can also forward items to the management company (if onboard) or request to the management company items for the building.
Can I remove a resident from the platform?
Yes, as an administrator, you have the authority to manage resident access, including removing residents who no longer live in the building or who are no longer authorized to access the platform.
For Management Companies
How can a management company use the platform?
Management companies can access the platform to manage multiple buildings, post announcements, provide offers and recommendations, and schedule services for residents. This allows for efficient building management and improved resident satisfaction.
What services can we offer through the platform?
Management companies can offer various services such as maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and more. Residents can request these services through the platform, and you can manage the scheduling and delivery of these services directly.
How do we discuss pricing for using the platform?
Businesses interested in using the platform can contact us directly to discuss customized pricing plans based on the specific needs and number of buildings managed.
Security & Privacy
How is my personal information protected on the platform?
We take your privacy and security very seriously. All personal information is encrypted and stored securely. Only authorized users, such as building administrators and management companies, have access to relevant data.
Can unauthorized individuals access my building’s information?
No, only verified administrators and residents of the building can access the building’s information. Requests to join a building are subject to administrator approval.
What happens if I move out of my building?
If you move out, your access to the building on the platform can be removed by the building administrator, ensuring that only current residents have access to building information and services.
